- Eligibility for Participation
- The conference is open to Oral Pathologists, Microbiologists, Biochemists, Dermatopathologists, health science practitioners, postgraduates, and undergraduate students in dentistry.
- Registration and Fees
- All participants are required to register to attend the conference.
- The registration fee is as per the specified categories and timelines outlined in the conference brochure.
- Banquet fees are optional and are charged additionally for all categories.
- Payment Policy
- All payments, including registration and banquet fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Conference Venue and Schedule
- The conference will be held on the 4th and 5th of October 2025 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the venue or schedule if required, without prior notice.
- Credit Points
- Attendees may be eligible to earn 12 CDE points, subject to approval by the Uttar Pradesh State Dental Council.
- Travel and Accommodation
- Participants are responsible for arranging their travel and accommodation. General registration does not include accommodation.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for any travel or accommodation disputes.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain professional decorum during the conference. The organizers reserve the right to take disciplinary action, including removal from the event, for any inappropriate behavior.
- Force Majeure
- The organizers are not liable for cancellation or changes to the event caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Legal Jurisdiction
- All legal matters or disputes arising from the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hisar, Haryana only.
