POPCON-2026 – Terms & Conditions

All registrations for POPCON-2026 must be completed through the official registration portal only.

Registration once submitted is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.

Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances, unless explicitly announced by the organizing committee.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any incorrect or false information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

Confirmation of registration is subject to successful payment and verification by the organizing committee.

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule, scientific program, speakers, venue, or mode of conduct (online/offline/hybrid) if required due to unavoidable circumstances.

Participants must comply with all conference rules, professional ethics, and code of conduct during the event.

Any form of misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of guidelines may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.

By registering, participants grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, audio, or video recordings taken during the conference for official academic, promotional, or archival purposes.

The organizing committee shall not be responsible for personal belongings, travel issues, or accommodation arrangements, unless specifically mentioned.

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction as decided by the POPCON-2026 Organizing Committee.
